USING OUR WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE WEBSITE SHALL SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF USE AND YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE SAME.

www.wenurtwellness.com ("Website") is an Internet based portal owned and operated by wenurt wellness Private Limited, a company incorporated underthe laws of India. having CIN.U51909CT2019PTC009412 . Company’s Money and associated Wallet is governed under various regulations from Banks and Reserve Bank of India.

Use of the Website is offered to You conditioned on acceptance of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in these Terms, along with any amendments made by the Company at its sole discretion and posted on the Website, including by way of imposing an additional charge for access to or use of service.

You are required to submit your information at the time of making an online purchase and introduce new member on the Website. Wenurt wellness Private Limited uses an online payment gateway that is operated by a company itself. The said operator may also have access to Your online purchase history/details that You make from the Website.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for the concerned changes.

The Website facilitates the online sale and purchase of its own merchandise and services offered by wenurt wellness Private Limited varied registered merchants / vendors / service providers at a discounted price ("Services"). The Services are offered to the Users through various modes which shall include, issue of coupons and vouchers that can be redeemed for various services. The purchase of products and services on the Website shall be governed by the company itself.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A Distributor should be more than 18 years in age and should have all necessary documents for his/her KYC. Company reserves its rights.
Products and Services are still to be tied up. Any financial Loss incurred due to non-availability of services or products will not be the responsibility of the Company.
The business Value on the day of closing and the day of disbursement of Income may change due to Sales Return.
Distributors having GST obligations would need to furnish GST Invoices to the Company. GST is sole responsibility of the distributor. All the incomes are inclusive of GST obligations. Company shall deduct GST amount and avail the credit of the same through reverse invoice mechanism or under existing prevailing rules of GST.
Payout would be transferred to Distributors company’s Money Wallet after 35 days of the closing. There could be withdrawal limitations from company Money Wallet.
All the decision that will be in the distributor interest but the company can decide independent.
The amount of Sales Incentive will be remitted within in 35 days from the date of calculation of the Sales Incentive.
Sales Incentive below Rs. 500 shall be remitted once within one year from the date of the first accrual of Sales Incentive.
If one’s payment has being made but the profile is not updated it would take about 37 days to receive the payment.
Payment of Sales Incentive shall be made by anyone mode of Banking System (.NEFT/RTGS/INTERNET BANKING TRANSFER). For this, it is mandatory to give correct bank account number and IFSC detail by Direct Seller. Non-compliance of rules of Direct Selling by Direct Seller or by any other reason created by Direct Seller, then complete responsibility for delay/ Non-payment will be of Direct Seller
If any defect is found in any of the Products purchased, then the same can be returned/ exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned product must be supported with Bill of purchase and such product should not be damaged from any angle. The purchaser should ensure that condition of the product should be similar to the condition which was prevailed at the time of purchases
Travel fund will be released to only those Direct Sellers whose minimum purchase of Products is equivalent to 1500 B.V. on accrual basis in the relevant month. Travel fund will be calculated on difference basis by deducting travel fund of downline from total travel fund of the main leg (group). All fund will be calculated on monthly basis.
Direct Seller, who fulfills 8 % Royalty for consecutive 2 months, shall be entitled for travel fund.
When B.V. of any other leg (group) except main leg (group) is 6,00,000 or more, it is called the second leg and if B.V. of other leg/legs (other than main and second leg) is 400000 or more, then he/she will get travel fund on the second leg (group) also as per the slab applicable.

ROYALTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Royalty will be released to only those direct sellers whose minimum purchase of 1500 BV on accrual basic in the relevant month.
Royalty will be calculate on difference basic by deducting royalty of downline from total royalty.
Royalty will be calculate on monthly basic.
When BV of any other leg except main leg and second leg business terms & condition follow by royalty slab or chart.

MULTIPLE - INCOME CALCULALTIONS

The entire fund from travel fund and above is divided into minimum 3 achievers or fund is offered to single or couple achiever. The entire fund includes car fund, house fund, lifetime fund, secure lifetime fund. Companies have all rights to change and reframe the rules as per company’s criteria.

If the number of achiever exceeds the fund will be distributed equally.

TRANSFORMATION OR MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.Products can be replaced under Company's "Replacement Policy". DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

If any dispute arises between the Parties in connection with or relating to these terms & conditions, including the interpretation, implementation, termination, or alleged material breach of any provision thereof, the Parties hereto shall endeavor to settle such dispute amicably. In the event any dispute is not amicably settled within a period of 30 (thirty) days after any Party has given notice to the other Parties of the existence of such dispute and requiring an amicable settlement thereof, the same shall be, at the request Party, settled by arbitration.The Arbitration proceedings shall be held in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. The Arbitration proceeding shall be governed by the Laws of India.

SALES INCENTIVE

The Company shall pay to the Direct Seller sales incentive as prescribed in the marketing plan. The marketing plan shall be available at website of the company. The sales incentive will be subjected to the relevant taxes as applicable. The Company reserves its right to revise the rate of sales incentive from time to time. The Company does not guarantee/assure any particular or fixed facilitation fees or fixed income to the Direct Seller. TDS will be deducted as per Income Tax Rules and Regulation.

TERMINATIONS AND CESSATION

The Company shall be at complete liberty to terminate the direct sellership in occurrence of any of the following event:-

A Distributor found promoting the Compensation Plan in any other sense other than mentioned by the Company, would be terminated with immediate effect.
Where a direct seller failed to comply with any terms and conditions.
Where information given by direct seller found wrong/false/misleading.
Where direct seller migrate to the other country.
Where direct seller is convicted of an offence punishable imprisonment of whatever term.
Where direct seller resign voluntarily.
Where company deem it necessary to terminate the direct seller in the interest of company’s business .

FORCE MAJEURE

It describes an event which is beyond the reasonable control of Wenurt Wellness and shall include, without limitation, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorised access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, etc
